payroll:MS is a new company opened in 2012, which has grown out of 25 years’ successful payroll practice in an established accountancy firm in Norwich. Stephen Booty, Managing Director, was a partner with his previous firm, where he led the payroll department. A strategic shift allowed the firm to divide with a focus on payroll for smaller companies, so Stephen decided to follow the lead of so many of his clients, and direct his own business.
Stephen is a well-respected payroll professional who was invited by HMRC in July 2012 to be part of a small group to pilot the new RTI scheme, which is law from 6 April 2013. payroll:MS takes pride in its professional yet personal, fully hand-held expert service for keeping businesses legal and compliant.
